目前一些中空玻璃生產(chǎn)廠家大多采用自來(lái)水、井水或普通凈水來(lái)清洗玻璃，這需要根據(jù)實(shí)際情況來(lái)判斷。一般因?yàn)樽詠?lái)水、尤其是井水中含有大量的鈣、鎂、氯等離子，當(dāng)這些離子附著在玻璃表面時(shí)，會(huì)影響丁基膠、二次密封膠與玻璃表面的粘結(jié)質(zhì)量，從而影響中空玻璃的密封壽命，容易導(dǎo)致密封失敗。普通的凈水僅僅是過(guò)濾掉了水中的顆粒性雜質(zhì)，不能去除水中的離子。如果中空玻璃要求比較高，建議加裝凈水裝置，使用去離子水洗清玻璃。

Currently, some hollow glass manufacturers mostly use tap water, well water, or ordinary purified water to clean the glass, which needs to be judged based on the actual situation. Generally, tap water, especially well water, contains a large amount of calcium, magnesium, and chlorine plasma. When these ions adhere to the glass surface, they will affect the bonding quality of butyl adhesive, secondary sealant, and the glass surface, thereby affecting the sealing life of insulating glass, easily leading to sealing failure. Ordinary water purification only filters out particulate impurities in the water, but cannot remove ions from the water. If the requirements for insulating glass are relatively high, it is recommended to install a water purification device and use deionized water to clean the glass.

中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線的清洗機(jī)水箱中的水要經(jīng)常更換以保持清潔。在換水時(shí)要將水箱中的沉積物清理干凈，以防止水箱的供水泵將這些沉積物帶到毛刷上。中空玻璃的清洗用水嚴(yán)禁使用洗滌劑。

The water in the water tank of the washing machine in the insulating glass production line should be frequently replaced to maintain cleanliness. When changing water, clean up the sediment in the water tank to prevent the water supply pump of the water tank from carrying these sediment onto the brush. It is strictly prohibited to use detergent in the cleaning water for insulating glass.
