自動化設備封膠線,顧名思義就是將膠水自動灌入到產品內部的一種機器,目前市面上常見的封膠機主要有全自動、半自動以及手動三種。

下面就為大家簡單介紹一下這幾種封膠機的區別:全自動的封膠機是將膠水通過管道輸送到產品的內部,在完成灌注之后會進行抽真空和烘干等工序;半自動的封膠機則是需要人工操作將膠水倒入產品中,然后等待其凝固即可;手動的是直接用手工的方式把膠水注入到產品中。
